Property & Investor Breakfast

The Property & Investor Breakfast is a focused two hour monthly meeting for property investors and business owners who value clarity, contribution and real conversation.
Held on one Friday each quarter from 7.30am to 9.30am at Oulton Hall, the purpose of the breakfast is simple: share knowledge, build meaningful relationships and help each other move forward.
Everyone in the room has equal time to raise a question, explore a challenge or sense check an opportunity. You might bring a live deal, discuss joint ventures, HMOs, Rent to Rent, funding, legal changes, lettings, networking strategy or raising investment. The discussion is always practical and relevant to what people are actually working on.
There are no formal presentations and no sales pitches. The session is chaired by Paul Lanfear, an experienced property investor with over a decade in the industry, who guides the conversation and ensures everyone gains value.
