About Paul
Paul Lanfear is a speaker, entrepreneur and investor who helps ambitious people in property and business create more freedom, clarity and momentum in their work and lives. His approach is rooted in three core values, freedom, family and wealth, bringing together structured frameworks with a calm, human way of working.
Paul began his professional life in law, achieving a first class law degree before qualifying as a Barrister and later a solicitor. He spent 10 years in commercial, banking and finance litigation in London and Leeds for two of the world’s leading law firms, before moving into property full time.
Since then he has built an award winning property portfolio, developed multiple businesses and created a thriving community of property investors and business owners. Today his focus includes consultancy, the Property & Investor Breakfast, the Inner Circle Lifestyle Business Group, Podcast conversations and Adventure Retreats.
And when he isn’t helping people build freedom in their lives, he’s usually out pursuing it himself. Paul spends as much time as he can on adventures with his family, most recently exploring Iceland, and fitting in surfing whenever there’s a chance to chase a wave.
